Lopez Island Creamery ice cream is created at our production facility in Anacortes inthe San Juan Islands on beautiful Fidalgo Island. Jim and Jan still live on Lopez Island.

How we make it

Lopez Island Creamery ice cream products are made from the best tasting, highest quality diary products and ingredients.

  • Hormone free
  • More than 30 regular and custom flavors
  • Available in pints (serves 1-2) or tubs (small tubs serve 20-30; large tubs serve 40-50)

Each delicious flavor is made in small batches - only 5 gallons at a time.  We hand-stir ingredients into our ice cream and pack our containers by volume - to ensure flavor in every bite!

Local ingredients inspire us.  Our cream is from Pacific Northwest dairies. Skagit Valley supplies the berries that go into our "Wild Blackberry", "Strawberry Blast", and "Country Raspberry" flavors.

 

We also partner with local businesses to create specialty flavors like savory "Lavender Vanilla" ice cream using culinary lavender from San Juan Island's Pelindaba Lavender Farm and an amazing tasting "Anacortes Porter" beer ice cream from Anacortes Brewery.

All of this adds up to one thing:

        something special!
