Lopez Island Creamery ice cream products are made from the best tasting, highest quality diary products and flavorings that can be found. The cream is from Pacific Northwest dairies. The berries come from regional growers. Other flavorings come from all over the world - chocolate from the Netherlands, vanilla from Mexico, pecans from Texas. The base mix boasts 16% butterfat with only natural ingredients.
Each batch is made small enough to be prepared carefully with many ingredients stirred in by hand and then packed by hand. No conveyors or huge, noisy, oily machines ever come close to this process so only quality goes into each serving. All this adds up to one thing - something special! |
